We will explore the modern history of Be'er Sheva, (This does not include the biblical city of Tel Be'er Sheva.) We will visit all the important sites to the modern history of Be'er Sheva including the local artists house, the first train station, ottoman period mosque and the cities oldest ice cream shop. You will have your choice of which museum you would like to go to. I would recommend seeing at least two of the options.
the Turkish monument
The location is the cover photo. It is right next to the old train station.
We will start with WW1 sites and the old Ottomon/Turks sites.
You can choose either the ANZAC WW1 History Museum or the Train museum which is about the history of the rail system in Israel.
A local artist house that has only artists from the area. There are rotating exhibits and an outdoor sculpture garden.
We will enjoy a tasting of unique flavors and take an ice cream break to cool down and then continue some of the old city walking tour.
Abraham's well tells the biblical story of Abraham and Be'er Sheva. The art museum is all artists from the Negev and the Islamic art exhibit.
We will finish our tour where we started at the Turkish monument.

Melissa switched her personal schedule to accomodate our availability taking this tour on her normal day off. This was much appreciated. She covered pretty much everything we wanted to see in the allotted time. It was a good way to orient us to much of TA and help us plan the rest of our time here. Thank you!!!
Thanks so much. It was a great day and I am so glad you enjoyed. I hope you will be in touch for your next visit.
